Delivery Policy

At Bronx Wine Co., we strive to provide seamless and reliable delivery service to our customers. To ensure a smooth process, please review and adhere to our delivery policy:

Eligibility for Delivery

• Customers must be signed up with Bronx Wine Co. to place a delivery order.

Order Minimum

• A minimum purchase of $50 is required for all delivery orders.

Payment Policy

• All deliveries must be prepaid. Payment options include:
• Online during the checkout process.
• In-store prior to delivery.
• By phone at the time of placing the order.
• No cash payments are accepted for deliveries unless pre-paid at the store.

Customer Requirements

• Customers must be home to accept the delivery.
• A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon delivery to verify age (21+ for alcohol purchases).

Tipping

• Tips for our delivery team are greatly appreciated and encouraged.

Delivery Hours

• The last call for delivery orders is 30 minutes before closing. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next day.
